HOLTS ARMS COVID 19 STATEMENT, JULY 7, 2021

 

The safety of our team and our customers is our no 1 priority   

 

Currently, please see the guidance below:

  1. Tables can to be booked in advance. You will have your booked table for a maximum of just short of 3 hours. If you would like to remain with us after this time please speak to a member of staff to see if it is possible to accommodate you.  The tables can be booked as normal now, no rule of 6 applies

  2. Entrance is at the front or side door of the pub, please find a seat. 

  3. Please read our notice about health regulations on the front door. Please use the hand sanitiser provided at the entrance, in the toilets and throughout the pub.

  4.  Follow instructions given to you by the staff at all times please.

  5. Staff will take payment after each order, this can be by cash or card but card is preferable.   

  6. You may leave your details for the recommended Government track and trace scheme.  A name and number will be taken for your booking, you may check in on arrival via the QR code on the wall. If the track and trace scheme need to be contacted these are the details that will be passed onto them. Details will be kept for 21 days as required by the Government. 

  7. Please comply with and respect the staff when we prompt you that your table is needed for the next customers.  Tables will be sanitised between bookings.

  8. Please remain at the table allocated to you. You are politely requested not to move around and unless you need to use the toilets.

  9. Should you be worried at any time about social distancing please speak to a member of staff immediately.

 

We want you all to have an enjoyable visit and keep our staff and you safe.  If you are unable to follow these guidelines as set out by the Government then it may be necessary to ask you to leave.  We continue to operate under very different and challenging circumstances and we all need to work together.
